In cooperation with the Abu Dhabi’s Smart Solutions and Services Authority “ADSSSA”, the Department of Economic Development launched the “Business Licensing” Journey on TAMM’s platform, an integrated Government Services System in Abu Dhabi.
The innovative journey will shorten the current 8-step business licensing process that goes through 7 government agencies to one step only; and therefore, enables investors to practice their business without the need to visit any government agency.

AbuDhabi Smart Solutions and Services Authority launches the 2nd end-to-end journey of “New Medical Journey” in the presence of H.E Saif Mohamed Al Hajri Chairman of @AbuDhabiDED and H.E Dr. Rauda Al Saadi, Director General of #ADSSSA at #GITEX2018. #ADSSSA’s “New Medical Journey” comes in line with the authority’s vision to provide integrated government services. The authority inaugurated its proactive initiatives by announcing 2 end-to-end journeys so far aimed at efficient and digital government services that saves time and effort.

Emirates ID Card using Blockchain

Many government entities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi require the submission of Emirates ID card to process their transactions.

United Arab Emirates citizens and residents can use the ID card for travel after adding the e-gate service to the ID card by visiting any of the nationality and residency departments in the UAE or any of the UAE airports or the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The ID card is a legal document; therefore, it is prohibited to seize it as a security in booking or benefiting from certain services, except in cases determined by the law such as judicial services.

HE Dr. Rawda Al Saadi, Director General of ADSIC said that the Authority has made a new step towards establishing Abu Dhabi as a digital city through the launch of three unified digital channels, including a comprehensive digital portal, intelligent application and customer service centers, to an integrated digital experience that ensures the convenience and convenience of customers.

The departments that received recognition include Department of Culture and Tourism, Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions and Benefits Fund, Statistics Centre − Abu Dhabi (#SCAD ), #Abu Dhabi_Police and Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development.
